
This vinegar is made with pride by Menganzzoli by carefully selecting for each vinegar a specific wine varietal, always choosing the top quality, giving the vinegar the specific taste and aroma of that grape. It is made by fermenting the wine in barriques, a unique process that improves the quality and allows these vinegars to stand out compared to others as they are more consistent, and stronger flavored.
Each monovarietal vinegar is in a 250 ml (8.5 oz) bottle.
