Wine vinegar is the product that has made Mengazzoli's history. Back in the 1970’s, the founder, Giorgio Mengazzoli, put this beautiful label on the market and started a new production line using the traditional techniques, so well known in Mantua, for producing vinegar, an essential ingredient in their cuisine. Almost forty years later, this same label is still a well-known symbol displayed on shelves all over Italy and beyond.
Mengazzoli wine vinegar is the result of a careful selection and accurate mixing of wines. The traditional slow chip fermentation process keeps taste round and thick, along with a delicate aroma.
Each of their vinegars have a delicate 6% acidity balanced with the fruit to give an essential aroma of the the wine. Not astringent, not harsh, just delicious vinegar.
