Our masala chai is made with handpicked Ceylon black tea blended with single-source ground ginger, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, whole cardamom, whole cloves and a hint of nutmeg. Absolutely no sugar added!
Sizing: Our 1.25 oz makes about 12-15 steaming cups of chai and 3.5 oz makes about 35-40 cups.
We recommend 1 tsp of our blend for one cup of boiling water.
Cover and steep for 5 minutes, then add your favorite milk and sweetener.
Make sure to stir the bag and scoop from the bottom to get a nice dose of ground ginger, which may be resting on the bottom of the bag.
