This product is obtained by combining a prestigious variety of salt with the precious white tuber.
The grey salt of Guerande is handpicked from the Guerande (FR) salt pan of the Atlantic Ocean and with the addition of white truffles it becomes a valuable condiment for hot or cold dishes.
It is excellent served on fish or meat fillet, eggs and omelettes. We suggest adding a pinch of this salt before serving.
Ingredients: grey salt from Guerande, dried White Truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 0,3% (equal to 1.5% of fresh White Truffles), flavoring.
