Local Porter and our suppliers will do everything possible to make sure orders are accurate and shipped quickly. Because many of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns on any orders at this time. However, we want you to love your purchase so please inspect your products upon arrival and notify us at orders@localporter.co of any questions or issues so we can work with our suppliers to address promptly.

Local Porter and our suppliers are not responsible for product damage or spoilage due to any of the following:

(1) Unopened shipments;

(2) Inaccurate delivery addresses;

(3) Orders sent to recipients who are not able to receive shipped items or are not at stated address; or

(4) How the product is handled, stored, or used once delivered.
