    How much is shipping?

    • Shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 per order for orders under $65.  This rate is applied regardless of the number of vendors or products in the order.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    • Shipping is free for orders over $65.

    Why am I receiving items from different suppliers?

    • All products are shipped directly from our suppliers using their packaging and shipping practices to ensure safe and fast delivery to you. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment after checkout.

    Do I need to sign on delivery?

    • No. Packages will be left at the provided address if there is a safe place to do so.

      What is your return policy?

      • Local Porter and our suppliers will do everything possible to make sure orders are accurate and shipped quickly. Because many of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns on any orders at this time. However, we want you to love your purchase so please inspect your products upon arrival and notify us at orders@localporter.co of any questions or issues so we can work with our suppliers to address promptly.

        Local Porter and our suppliers are not responsible for product damage or spoilage due to:

        • Unopened shipments
        • Inaccurate delivery addresses
        • Orders sent to recipients who are not able to receive shipped items or are not at stated address
        • How the product is handled, stored, or used once delivered

        What if I have an issue with my order?

        • Please contact us at orders@localporter.co and we will respond ASAP to resolve the issue.

          Can I order products if I live outside of the USA?

          • Currently we are only shipping to addresses located within the USA - join our newsletter to stay tuned for updates on when we expand our service!

          What is your refund policy?

          • At this time we cannot accept returns on any orders, but we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please notify us at orders@localporter.co of any questions or issues so we can work to address the issue promptly.
